The ReportABLE plug-in was created by Jim Stafford, a Texas Certified Residential Appraiser with over 26 years of experience and a deep knowledge of the appraisal profession. A vocal advocate for using technology to its fullest during the appraisal process, Jim built the ReportABLE plug-in in 2017 for his personal use and is now making it available to other residential appraisers to utilize in their reconciliation.
